Palak is a highly accomplished HR leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR planning across IT, ITeS, and publishing sectors. She has held leadership roles including Vice President – HR at HarperCollins Publishers India and has consistently demonstrated excellence in workforce planning, change management, and building high-performance cultures. Palak's expertise in employee relations, regulatory compliance, and talent development is complemented by her skill in leading organizational transformation and delivering innovative HR solutions. Throughout her distinguished career, Palak has successfully partnered with business heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, led initiatives that earned Great Place to Work® certifications, and received numerous leadership and performance awards.


Tejas is a business-driven HR and Recruitment Leader with over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and client management across diverse industries. A Masters in HRM & LR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai – 2013 batch, he has built recruitment operations from the ground up, scaled high-volume hiring, and consistently delivered on joining targets. He has successfully led HR and talent acquisition functions at leading organizations such as Armstrong Dematic, Tata Steel, Reliance Industries, and ABG Shipyard Ltd. Tejas brings deep knowledge in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, leadership development, and workforce planning, coupled with a strong track record of driving business growth through talent strategy. A certified coach and HR analyst, he is passionate about people development and aligning HR outcomes with organizational success.
