Palak is a highly accomplished HR leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR planning across IT, ITeS, and publishing sectors. She has held leadership roles including Vice President – HR at HarperCollins Publishers India and has consistently demonstrated excellence in workforce planning, change management, and building high-performance cultures. Palak's expertise in employee relations, regulatory compliance, and talent development is complemented by her skill in leading organizational transformation and delivering innovative HR solutions.
